The Build Up...
At long last the successor to my stolen rally prepared Austin Cooper S, 277 BRX, has emerged from a 12 month rebuild of another Cooper S I bought in 2007. This car is a Morris Cooper S first registered in 1965 and converted into a 60’s rally replica, but not prepared to the current regulations for special stage rallying, and is now stored off-site for obvious security reasons.

| | Verto Clutches - Alternatives and differences.
This article has been written owing to the increasing amount of people who ring Mini Spares stating that their 1275cc Injection type Mini will not start after fitting a new clutch, especially when they have purchased the parts from another supplier, usually a motor factoring company, rather than a Mini specialist..
There are 2 types of pressure plates, namely Automotive Products and Valeo.

With the fine race performance of Silverstone still fresh in the mind of the Mini Spares driver, Alex Comis was keen for greater things for rounds 2 and 3 at Snetterton.
Comis was looking strong in the early part of qualifying, but after only 5 laps he was in the pit lane and it wasn’t because he had put in an untouchable pole time.
