CALIPER SPACER KIT FOR 4 POT ALLOYS

Kit to fit alloy calipers C-AJJ 4022 or 4023 when converting Minispares 4 pot calipers for vented discs. Contains 4 spacers, seals. Longer bolts and correct brake pad retaining pins. The brake disc will require machining down from 8.4" to 7.5" for use on 10" wheels with C-AJJ4023 calipers.Most of the vented area of discs is lost when machined down to 7.5"

Please note;When fitting vented discs the metro drive flanges NAM6450F must be fitted. When assembling the caliper with the spacers for vented disc please use Locktite 243 on the threads and tighten to torque of 39nm. SPARE seals are 17H7680----If you require the Metric bolts for the brake discs to drive flange order SH110201M as they are not supplied in this kit.

Fitting Instructions for C-AJJ4021 Spacer Kit


This kit allows the Minispares Alloy 4 Pot Calipers ( C-AJJ4022 / C-AJJ4023 ) to be used with the vented discs from the Metro.

Contained in the C-AJJ4021 spacer kit are the following: 4 Spacers, 8 ‘O’ Rings, 8 Bolts, Pad Pins and Retaining Plates.

When using the vented brake kit with 10” wheels the Metro brake disc will need machining down from 8.4” to 7.5” and the fitment of Minispares drive flange ( NAM6450F )
