REVERSE LIGHT SWITCH REMOTE TYPE

Genuine Mini Spares product, fits 3 and 4-synchro gearboxes except for rod change types which use GAE191. This switch replaces the plug on the front of the remote-shift transmission case. It is triggered internally by the shift linkage when reverse is selected. This must be fitted with an insulating fibre washer and a small plug 22G351 in the gearbox to activate the switch---the original washer 2K7914 is no longer available but 1B3664 can be used although the internal hole is slightly to large.
