2 New Minibuses for Variety The Childrens Charity
Mini Spares are delighted to be able to announce that their recent raffle raised enough funds to be able to donate not one, but two minibuses to Variety, the children’s charity!
Over 5000 raffle tickets were sold and the lucky winner, Lee, recently drove off in his prize which was a rebuild of a classic Mini originally registered in 1966 - a great prize for any Mini enthusiast!
The success of the raffle resulted in over £40,000 being raised and means that both The Somerville in Peckham and St Johns RC School in Woodford will now benefit from having a brand new minibus and both are elated to be receiving the new vehicles.
Mini Spares have worked with Variety, the children’s charity in the past and they work tirelessly to improve the lives of sick, disabled or disadvantaged children and young people throughout the UK.
Winner Lee already owned and drove a Mini Clubman Estate and the love of the car has also passed on to his son who owns a British Open.
We hope both The Somerville and St Johns RC School have many happy times driving there brand new Minibuses and we thank everyone who bought raffle tickets and supported the Variety, the children’s charity.
