Genuine Rover T shape special hose for injection cars only, from thermostat to inlet manifold and heater valve--mostly found on cars destined for export//probably Japan spec originally, it is similar shape to PCH10532.
Rover have changed the length now and picture shows original
PCH113760 top part of T section is 8.75" to 9" long and with lower bent outlet facing to the left, the top left is 2" long with 7" to the right- some were only 5" to the right so cut if required.

PCH10532 where the top part of the T is 8.75 long with both sides being nearly the same length, it has been adapted for use as
PCH113760 on some vehicles.The bottom elbow section is the same on both but this part has a plastic joining scetion fitted making it an expensive part.
Measure up carefully before cutting using old hose as template
